How many cards can fit inside the wallet?
Wallettio is optimized for 7-8 cards, though it accommodates up to 12-15 cards comfortably. We encourage you to carefully assess your current wallet's contents, eliminating any cards unused in the last 6-12 months. Embrace the minimalist lifestyle!
Can I have money clip and cash strap on the same wallet?
Yes, you can use both money clip and cash strap on the same wallet. Use the included screwdriver to remove the back plate and attach the cash strap. Put the plate back and tighten the screws.
Is it hard to retrieve the cards from the wallet?
At first the elastic strap and clip will be tight, so during the first week it will be more difficult to retrieve the cards. The elastic band will stretch a bit over time, so it will be easier to get the cards after a week.

All other orders are shipped from our warehouse in Slovenia (EU).
Shipping destinations
We currently offer shipping to the following markets:
- European Union
- Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway and the United Kingdom
Shipping times
Shipping times may vary during sales and holidays. It usually takes 2 - 5 business days.
Free shipping threshold
We offer Free shipping for orders above 40€.
Customs and import fees
All orders are shipped from Slovenia (EU). This means deliveries to countries without a trade agreement in place can result in additional taxation upon reaching the border.
Those fees largely depend on the destination country and are NOT included in the shipping price. As per our shipping policy, they are required to be cleared by the customer.
Orders refused due to uncleared custom duties will not be treated as a return. The refund will be processed at our Customer Service agents' discretion.

Orders step by step process
1. Once you’ve successfully placed your order on our website, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. Didn’t receive the email? Don’t forget to check your spam!
2. Our warehouse will pick and pack your order on the same or next business day.
3. Once picked and packed, your order is handed over to the courier and enters their delivery network.
4. We'll send you an email with the tracking number. Most couriers will also keep you informed every step of the way.
5. Final delivery directly at your doorstep.
Order edits and cancellations
We put a lot of emphasis on shipping out products as soon as possible. Usually, our customers are pleasantly surprised with our delivery times. However, this can mean orders are shipped out before our customer service team is able to make any changes to orders. This includes edits and cancellations.
We recommend being careful and double-checking before placing your order to avoid any unwanted mistakes.
If you wish to make any changes to your order, send us an email at info@wallettio.com as soon as possible. If you order has already been processed and dispatched, changes to your order are not possible.
Order tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking information. You will then be able to track the order as it makes its way to you. Please note that your tracking information will only be activated once your order has been handed over to the carrier.

At Wallettio, we've meticulously crafted our products with durability in mind - we mean a lifetime. Should you encounter any issues with your wallet, key case or any other product, we're committed to resolving them promptly.
Product terms
Wallets
We assure that all our wallets are crafted without any manufacturing defects and are designed to serve their purpose throughout their lifespan. Our lifetime warranty covers replacement parts, ensuring you are covered in case of elastic, screw, inner plate, or money clip failure.
However, please note that this warranty excludes coverage for lost, stolen, or disposed of wallets. Additionally, damages such as scratches, dents, wear-induced discoloration, chips, or scrapes on the outer plates are not covered. Any damages resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, shock, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, or repairs are also not included under this warranty.
Key cases
We guarantee that our Key cases are devoid of manufacturing defects and are designed to operate as intended for their entire lifespan. With our lifetime warranty, you'll receive replacement parts if there's a failure or loss of screws, TPU Connector (the rubber bit), clip, or the ring.
However, please be aware that this warranty does not extend to lost, stolen, or disposed of Key cases. Additionally, cosmetic damage, accidents, misuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage, unauthorized modifications, or repairs are not covered.

Warranty disclaimer
We maintain the right to reject any warranty claim, particularly if we suspect fraudulence or if the Wallet was purchased from an unauthorized seller.
This Warranty does not cover servicing for items in the claim.
Please be aware that if your product qualifies for a replacement, it will match the color and material of your original purchase. If your product is out of stock, we will provide a replacement of similar material and color. In cases where a comparable replacement is unavailable, we will endeavor to find a suitable substitute of equal value.
Returns & Refunds

We have a 99-day return policy, which means you have 99 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
